Boron is very important in marine aquariums. Too low a concentration can slow the growth of corals and lime algae, and too high a concentration can result in a build-up of boric acid, which can act as a bactericide and kill essential bacteria. The concentration in natural seawater is quite low, namely between 4.4 mg / L and 4.8 mg / L. Sufficient for 25 tests. (recommended for the DSR method)
