Artemia nauplius 100% cyst-free and enriched with microalgae and DHA.
Dosage:
For your Reef: 0.25-5 ml / L once a day.
For your fry: 10-20 ml/L once a day divided into one or more doses.
Instructions for use:
No acclimatization is necessary.
Dosage according to the recommended dosage or as desired.
Turn off the skimmer for at least 30 minutes after dosing.
To keep the organisms alive, add an aerator to the bottle and dose a small amount of phytoplankton (which will minimally tint the water) once a day.

Live zooplankton – Artemia nauplius.
For your reef
Many corals are able to photosynthesize thanks to symbiotic relationships with zooxanthellae algae, which allows them to reduce their need for prey. However, these animals are skilled predators and, as such, need an external food source.
The dosage of SAFE NAU has been designed so that in the destination aquarium a concentration in nauplii ml is reached that allows each of the polyps in the tank to receive the exact dose of food.
While daily dosing is ideal, dosing routines can be implemented that alternate days, weeks, or months. Results become visible with just a few doses.
For your offspring
Thanks to the small size of the nauplii of SAFE NAU, it can be used as a second food for the larvae once they reach a size sufficient for the rotifer to be too small for them.
The dosage of SAFE NAU has been designed to achieve a nauplius concentration in the destination aquarium that ensures continuous encounters between the larvae and the food source, thus promoting predation.
For successful rearing, JellyFarmer recommends starting by feeding the fry high doses of rotifers, gradually reducing the dosage while simultaneously introducing and increasing the amount of copepods and/or brine shrimp nauplii.
This product is compatible with the “green water technique” designed for raising fry.
What is so special about the artemia nauplius?
SAFE NAU is a live nauplius product produced from high-quality cysts, specially selected for use in aquaculture.
SAFE NAU nauplii are an ideal prey for all types of corals (LPS, SPS, hard and soft), invertebrates, fish larvae and crustaceans, due to three key factors:
Thanks to their high resistance and parametric adaptability, these organisms remain alive for a long time in the aquarium, even without acclimation. This resilience also allows us to serve them at high densities; in fact, a single milliliter of SAFE NAU contains dozens of live organisms.
When served live, they swim actively, distributing themselves evenly throughout the tank water, thus remaining bioavailable in the water column for a long period of time.
Because they don’t select the particles they filter, their nutritional quality can vary. That’s why our nauplii are enriched before packaging, arriving at their destination with an exceptional biochemical composition and mixed with enriched water to ensure that composition lasts as long as possible.
In conclusion:
SAFE NAU’s Artemia nauplii are an ideal live food for marine aquariums, especially for corals, invertebrates, and fish larvae. Their small size makes them perfect for feeding fry once they outgrow rotifers. The nauplii are highly resilient and remain viable for extended periods, even without acclimation, facilitating their even distribution throughout the aquarium water. Enriched before packaging, this product offers excellent nutritional quality that supports the development of corals (LPS, SPS) and the successful breeding of fish, and is compatible with techniques such as “green water.”
