Capable of consuming cyanobacteria, diatoms, algae and detritus , actively combating them.
They have an extremely rapid reproduction rate , being the fastest among the 3 commercially available copepod species.
The larvae of these copepods are especially useful to combine with rotifers as a first food for fish larvae.
Epi-benthic organisms, which makes them more bioavailable to corals and filter feeders, especially in their naupliar stages.
Suitable for feeding, biological control and colonization.

Minimum recommended dosage:
1 L for aquariums > 200L
0.5 L for aquariums between 100 L – 200 L
0.25 L for aquariums < 100 L
Instructions for use:
Acclimatize copepods to aquarium water.
Pour 100% of the contents into the destination tank.
If possible, maintain an algae shelter and add the copepods to it overnight.
Periodic monthly additions can be made to help the colony perpetuate itself.
If they need to be stored, keep at room temperature 15-25ºC with the cap open for no more than 7 days.
